I love that Brayden’s age and quirks comes through in these photos. My mom taught him to smell flowers this summer so he is constantly sniffing things, lol. And pointing at things
The photo on the left is from our fall session and the photo on the right is from our spring session. Maybe we can get Brayden to pose with us like this every 6 months from now on? It would make for some fun shots around the teen years, lol.
This brings me to the fact that I never posted our spring photos! How could I do such a thing when I love them so much? I have several blown up into large canvases and in frames around our home. I even had the blog post all written up but never posted it. Well, here they are! I can really see how Brayden has grown in just 6 short months.
The one of us passionately kissing is another of my all time favorite photos! It will be my blackmail to him during those unruly teenage years, haha. Maybe I will display it at his wedding on day too. No wait, it makes me too sad to think about it.
Ok, I hate to ruin the quality here with a photo from an I-phone but this is just too funny not to share. Willy snapped this last weekend of Brayden and his cousin, Cam. Brayden is the one laying in the background, lol.

So, you may think it’s weird that I’m endorsing another photographer? Here’s the official announcement… after a lot of thought, I’ve decided that as much as I love so many things about wedding photography and how much I really love meeting and getting to know all of my brides and grooms, what I don’t love is spending my Saturday’s away from Brayden. I also have found that my true passion is newborn photography. I could go on and on here with more about my decision but for now, I have decided that it is best for my family and my business to semi-retire from wedding photography. I will take around zero to five weddings per year with special consideration for Friday weddings and weddings near my home. I want to be successful in my career while maximizing my time with Brayden (and hopefully a sibling or two one day!) So, I am confidently and proudly referring my wedding inquires to Ann Louise Photography and Weddings By Heather. Along with being my friends, both are at the TOP of the industry in Pittsburgh (and more!). Seriously, go see for yourself. They are sooooo good!!!!!
Oh, but I should add, after the wedding when you start having babies, come right back here for your newborn photography!!!
