Silas' Sweet One: A First Birthday to Remember
There's nothing quite like capturing the pure joy of a one-year-old, and Silas was the epitome of happiness during his recent first birthday session. From the moment he arrived at the studio, those adorable dimples lit up the room.
He was a natural in front of the camera, happily exploring the little wooden toys we had set up and smiling big for my fake sneezes. It was clear that this little guy loves being the center of attention!
We even did a cake smash! While some babies are hesitant or straight-up cry, as soon as Silas caught sight of his tiny cake, he went right for it, hands and face covered in delicious frosting. The messiness of it was absolutely adorable.
I had so much fun capturing this special milestone for Silas and his family. It’s shoots like these that make my job as a photographer truly rewarding.
